LEVEL5 Consulting & Design was engaged by Julian Baker to select, specify, and source a complete training package for the new House of Fitness location in Millbrae, California. The priority is commercial-grade durability, member throughput, and a clean footprint for a boutique floor plan.

A purpose-built Irwin Fitness modular rack line configured for the House of Fitness floor plan. The system integrates squat and half-rack stations with plate, kettlebell, dumbbell, and medicine ball storage along a single continuous run — maximising training stations per linear foot.

Renders are for design intent and layout coordination. Final dimensions, upright spacing, attachment placement, and color are confirmed on the shop drawing prior to fabrication.
